This question seems very simple, and many business people have covered it in one sentence when they talked about it.
But for the customer, it may not be so professional. If you don't say that he may not find out until it is used, then it will be a big trouble!
Well, today I will talk about the seemingly simple but not negligible viewing angle range of the LCD display.
The viewing angle range of the LCD display screen refers to the angle at which the user can clearly observe all content on the screen from different directions.
Since the light source of some LCD display screens has a certain directionality after being refracted and reflected, the color distortion phenomenon will occur when viewed beyond this range.
LCD is divided into TN viewing angle and IPS viewing angle, so what is the difference?
Is your head big? It's okay, please continue to look down.
The TN viewing angle is what we often call the ordinary viewing angle, and the English name is TN Mode LCDs.
The TN viewing angle parameters in the industry are: 6H, 9H, 3H, 12H. Usually called 6 o'clock direction, 9 o'clock direction, 3 o'clock direction, and 12 o'clock direction.
Take a wall clock as an example-explain the direction of the viewing angle, 6 o'clock is the bottom view, 3 o'clock is the left view, 9 o'clock is the right view, and 12 o'clock is the top view.
Calculated by angle, it is 45° left and right. Although the viewing angle is not so good, it is still suitable for many occasions, and the yield rate is high.
One point, there are "profound reflections" in our Tianzhengda product specifications:
The IPS viewing angle, as the name suggests, is In-Plane Switching or Super-TFT.
Making the alignment direction of the liquid crystal molecules parallel to the glass substrate can expand the viewing angle to 170 degrees, just as good as the viewing angle of a CRT monitor.
However, this technology also has disadvantages, because the alignment direction of the liquid crystal makes its electrodes can only be placed on one side of the two glass plates, unlike the TN mode.
